Waldron Churches

30th November

The Friends will be providing a decorated tree for the Christmas Tree Festival being held in the Union Church on Station Road in Heathfield from 23rd- 30th November.

8th December

We will use the opportunity to promote our traditional children’s event at All Saints Church, Waldron:  The ‘Cracking Christmas Craft Fair’, which this year is on Sunday, December 8th, 12.30 - 3.30pm.
The Craft Fair provides lots of involving opportunities for children to do festive crafting; Father Christmas will be greeting young visitors in his grotto and a magician will be there to entertain everyone with astounding tricks.  Try your hand at our Grand Christmas raffle with hamper prizes, and the bottle tombola.  Plenty of seasonal food and drinks will be available.    A flyer will be coming around very shortly with more details. If you are able to spare any bottles (alcoholic, non-alcoholic or cosmetic!) to donate to the tombola, please let us know and we can arrange collection – or leave them with Mary Everett – who once again has kindly agreed to collate donations at her house, Little Paygate in Horam.
All profits will go to the ‘Flush Fund’ to install indoor toilet facilities in All Saints.
Meanwhile, the Friends are contributing funds to support the important, ongoing repair works at St Barts.
We look forward to seeing you, and any family and friends who would be interested.
